I’m a former competitive rhythmic gymnast, a coach, and the founder of Flextra, a flexibility program for dancers.

I was born in a small Siberian city where winter feels endless. Both of my parents were professional athletes, but they encouraged me to focus on academics. I begged my mom to sign me up for gymnastics, and when my coaches saw my potential for rhythmic gymnastics, my parents moved our family to Moscow so I could train. That move changed everything — I fell in love with the sport and am forever grateful to them for believing in me.

After 15 years as a competitive athlete, I earned the Master of Sport title in Russia, and later I had an opportunity to train and compete in the United States, where I qualified for Level 10 at my first USA Nationals.

Following my competitive career, I moved into coaching and have been a team coach at Irene School of Rhythmic Gymnastics for the past 11 years. A year ago, we expanded into aesthetic group gymnastics and created Team Mercury.

In our very first season, the team brought home medals from international competitions in Mexico and Canada, as well as from one of the year's most challenging competitions in Bulgaria. I feel incredibly proud and honored to represent Team USA on the international stage as part of this journey.

Working with dancers and gymnasts has always been my passion, and Flextra grew out of that experience — a focused project born from years of training, choreography, and athlete care. I blend technical knowledge with an eye for artistic detail to help dancers move with confidence and precision.

Outside the studio, I love bead embroidery — I sew every bead by hand. That delicate, patient craft keeps me focused on the smallest details — the same attention I bring to coaching and choreography.
