• A 50% deposit is required to secure your first private class booking.

    • After the first class, payment may be made before class or immediately after class unless otherwise discussed.

    • Private classes canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled class time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

    • Private classes canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled class time will be charged at full price.

    • Same-day group class cancellations and no-shows will be charged at 100% of the class fee.

    • Due to limited availability and high demand, cancellation policies are strictly enforced.

    • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time.

    • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class time will follow the same cancellation policy:

      • Less than 48 hours before class: 50% cancellation fee

      • Less than 24 hours before class: full class fee

    • After applicable fees are paid, a new class may be booked based on availability.

    • If cancellation due to illness is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled private class, full class fees will apply.

    • If a valid doctor’s note is provided, the cancellation fee may be reduced to 50% of the class fee.

    • Without a doctor’s note, missed classes due to illness will be charged at full price.

    • Failure to attend a scheduled class without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged at full price.

    • Small group classes follow a structured warm-up and progression process. Students arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be permitted to join class.

    • For private classes, late arrivals are permitted with prior notice; however, class time will not be extended.

    • Late arrivals do not qualify for refunds, credits, or makeup classes.

    • Small group class payments are non-refundable.

    • A reserved spot in a small group class is considered purchased once booking is confirmed.

    • Missed classes, illnesses, vacations, competitions, schedule conflicts, cancellations, or no-shows do not qualify for refunds or credits.

    • Payment is required to secure a spot in all small group classes.

    • If classes must be canceled due to facility closures, coach illness, emergencies, or circumstances preventing class from taking place, affected classes will be refunded.

    • Makeup classes are not guaranteed.

    • We understand that unexpected situations may happen. Exceptions to cancellation policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at coach discretion.

    • If special circumstances arise, please communicate as soon as possible so we can discuss available options.

    • Recurring or permanent class spots may be available depending on schedule availability.

    • Due to limited availability, permanent spots are reserved for students who consistently attend their scheduled classes.

    • Missing, canceling, or repeatedly rescheduling recurring classes more than two times within one month may result in loss of the reserved permanent spot.

    • If a permanent spot is lost, future bookings will be subject to regular availability.

    • Unpaid spots are not guaranteed and may be released to other students.

    • Participation in classes confirms agreement with all policies listed above.

    • Small group classes are recommended for students ages 7+.

    • Private classes are recommended for students ages 7+.

    • Minimum age requirements may vary depending on class type and coach discretion.
